3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) shwe88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. shwe88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to confiscate balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your shwe88 account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the shwe88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to Member accounts.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. shwe88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These limits are subject to change and the current applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your shwe88 wallet within seconds of authorization. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for standard amounts. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a shwe88 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is published with each offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may void the previous bonus at shwe88's sole discretion.
5.4 Abuse and Fraud. shwe88 reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole judgment, that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, by using multiple accounts, by exploiting system errors, or by any other means inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. 5.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met and the applicable terms permit withdrawal.

9.2 shwe88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 shwe88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect access to the Platform from time to time.
10.1 shwe88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of this Agreement.
10.2 By registering an account on shwe88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.
10.3 shwe88 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, licensed identity verification providers, and government or regulatory authorities as required by law.

12.1 shwe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or the receipt of a regulatory directive.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.
12.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their shwe88 account may do so by contacting the support team. Any pending bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
